Nick’s Italian Bar and grill is a stylish neighbourhood restaurant and bar nestled in Hyndland in the very heart of Glasgow’s West End. Our menu takes advantage of fresh seasonal ingredients to deliver a dining experience that is unparalleled. Dessert Wine

Errazuriz Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc, Casablanca Valley, Chile £3.25 per 125ml glass
Made with grapes picked very late in the season influenced significantly by Botrytis which has concentrated the sugars, acids and flavours in the grapes to create a pleasing character that recalls honey, raisins and dried apricots. The wine includes some Viognier and Gewurztraminer and part of the must was fermented in second-use French oak barrels which contributes tremendous texture and volume on the palate. About 40% of the wine is aged in French oak for seven months.
